We hand our power (and bodily autonomy) to people and systems never meant to hold it (or worthy of holding it)

But women deserve better.

We deserve to feel at home in our bodies.

An 11 week live group journey where you will reconnect with your body through guided meditations, reflection, and nervous-system awareness. Giving you the tools to feel peace and safety within your own skin.

What we explore:

Week 1: Creating a Sacred Circle 

  • Create a sacred, grounded space to begin your journey. Call in support, set your intention, and invite your body to feel safe, seen, and ready to reconnect.

Week 2: Meeting your Sacred Self

  • Connecting you with the energy of the Sacred Self and any other guides to aid you on the path.

Week 3: Greeting your Body

  • Learn to listen with presence. Gently reconnect with your body by receiving its messages, sensations, and sacred wisdom.

Week 4: Exploring Core Beliefs

  • Identify a hidden belief that keeps you disconnected. Bring it into the light with compassion, and begin the shift toward deeper trust.

Week 5: Healing Emotional Imbalance

  • Explore how emotional energy lives in your body. Learn to sense, name, and gently release what no longer serves your well-being.

Week 6: Healing Reluctance

  • Discover where you resist care or change not to force it, but to meet it with love, healing, and understanding.

Week 7: Shifting the Body Mindset

  • Release old narratives of shame or inadequacy. Begin to create a new, compassionate story of partnership with your body.

Week 8: Clearing Familial Contracts

  • Unravel inherited patterns around your body. Release subconscious roles tied to family pain or identity, and reclaim your freedom.

Week 9: DNA & Cellular Memory Healing

  • Receive deep healing at the cellular level. Invite light, energy, and divine support into the core of your body’s sacred structure.

Week 10: Embodying the Healed Relationship with your Body

  • Step into a renewed relationship with your body rooted in trust, presence, and sacred partnership. This is your new beginning.

Week 11: Bonus: Your Body, Your Manifestations & Co-Creations

  • Learning how your body responds to what you are manfiesting or co-creating can give you insight where healing may be needed. This leads you to become the strongest magnet for your heart’s desires.
