We carry the burden of our family’s criticism and society’s impossible standards.
We have to prepare to fight for compassionate and thorough medical care.
We shrink to fit in. Shattering ourselves in tiny digestible pieces.
We dim our light.
We hand our power (and bodily autonomy) to people and systems never meant to hold it (or worthy of holding it)
But women deserve better.
We deserve to feel at home in our bodies.
To take up space and own our light and power.
To create a deep supportive relationship with our body.
This is where the true healing begins.
When you can hear your body’s messages and trust them.
When your decisions come from what feels aligned in your body, not what has been sold to you as “health”.
When you release the judgement that never belonged to you in the first place.
Because this is the most vital relationship in our life.
When you feel at home in your body…the physical expression of your soul…everything opens.
Abundance, love, magic, purpose.
Our body will tell us when moments, opportunities and people are not aligned with our being.
