I know what it feels like to be at war with your body and to doubt your own knowing.
I also know what it feels like to come home.

Growing up, I always knew things without knowing how I knew them. I didn't have a name for it then. I just knew I felt everything deeply. Too deeply, I was told.
I was bullied and teased for my body most of my life. I was made to believe I was too much. Too emotional. Too sensitive. So I spent years trying to fix myself, bending into people-pleasing and losing myself in other people's needs.
By my late twenties, I was working more than 80 hours a week across multiple jobs, carrying grief I hadn't faced, and deeply unhappy. I wasn't listening to my body, and I wasn't listening to Spirit.
In 2007, my body made me listen. I was diagnosed with a chronic illness, and for a while, I was angry at my body. I felt it betrayed me. But somewhere inside, I knew there was more to my illness than biology.
That knowing became my turning point. I opened to my gifts and to a deeper connection with Spirit, and slowly, I came home to myself, and to my body.
Today I've found a peace and freedom I once couldn't imagine.
There's something magical about the moment someone's eyes light up with what's possible within them.
When someone comes back from a meditation to share a breakthrough.
When I receive heart-bursting emails about sacred moments still unfolding months after a session or course has ended.
I spent years believing I was too much and needed fixing.
Now I get to help others discover what I did: there was never anything wrong with them.
I envision a world where women stop apologizing for existing in their power.
Where softness isn't weakness.
Where vulnerability is a superpower.
Where rest is sacred.
That's the peace and freedom I wish for everyone.
My intuition speaks mostly through hearing (clairaudience), visually (think in your minds eye), and a deep inner knowing.
Sometimes I recognize patterns that help make sense of where you've been and what's ready to shift.
I bring all of this into our work together, along with the tools I've gathered over the years.
But the wisdom we're looking for is always yours.

I love trees. It's not a coincidence I chose "Evergreen". Trees are life and they have been a special part of my journey.
I'll never say no to a good cup of tea and a British mystery. Miss Marple, Poirot, and Midsomer Murders are comfort shows. Not to mention GBBO (IYKYK).
Sourdough has taken over my life and I have learned to do it in the simplest way possible. I'm baking an orange cranberry sourdough loaf as I'm writing this. (My friends can confirm the obssession and are blessed with many bakes.)
Angel, my feline companion, runs the house. She tells me when it's time to get up and when it's time to go to bed. I must say, they oddly coincide with breakfast & treat time.
Ask me an astrology or human design question...I dare you. Be prepared for a long chat and more information than you ever wanted. Anything to do with healing/metaphysics, better grab a cup of tea.
I have a podcast with one of my soul sisters. It's called Freud's Angels™. This was born out of our need to support during quarantine and well...it's just continued.
The biggest thing I love is to celebrate my friends', loved ones' and clients' wins. I see how hard they work and the desires they have come to light.
If something in my story feels familiar, I'd love to walk beside you.
